When looking into SEO certification it is extremely important to look at other parts of their certification rather than cost, ease, and time for certification. Instead look at things like;

  • What type of information is being taught? Is it new, updated or out of date?
  • Is the process one where you know you’ll learn strong, ethical SEO techniques?
  • Are you going to be pushed through the program or will it take time to complete?
  • Is this a recognized organization that has helped others before me?
  • Are any of their graduates at the top of the search engine rankings?

You Want Casinos?

A Period of Adjustment

Oops! That giant hissing sound is the gaming balloon that had been growing over the years, slowly losing air. But, it has not been a tide that lowered all ships however, as some emerging and expanding gaming jurisdictions showed strong growth in 2008. Live22

Overall, the commercial and racetrack casino sectors (excluding Indian gaming), experienced a 3.5 percent decline in gaming revenues for 2008, generating a total of $36.2 billion, down some $800 million from 2007. It was the Racino sector that has tempered this drop, as they showed a gain of almost $1 billion in 2008, thereby bringing the Commercial sector market decline to $1.8 billion, or 6.7 percent. Nevada was the biggest loser in 2008, dropping almost $1.3 billion, more than half of which stemmed from the Las Vegas Strip segment.

Hunkering Down

For the most part, casino operators were caught relatively flat-footed by the extent of the 2008 revenue downturn, as it was not until the third and fourth quarters when it really nosedived. Riding the crest of year over year market growth across the country and the availability of ample credit and equity funds, new construction and expansion proliferated in recent years. Today, faced with the realities of declining, or at best stagnant demand, many of these projects are now considered over-leveraged and/or over-sized. As a result many gaming companies are attempting to renegotiate their debt – made more difficult by lower valuations – while also paring down operational costs. The latter has become a very problematic conundrum when dealing with the competition, especially in those jurisdictions that are now vying for market shares with new emerging casino projects in neighboring areas. A topic we discuss more fully in the State by State analysis section of this publication.

As a result of these conditions the gaming industry landscape is now strewn with impending fatalities. Among the more notable troubled firms are Station Casinos, Empire Resorts, Harrah’s Entertainment, Greektown Holdings, Legends Gaming, Tropicana Entertainment, Herbst Gaming; and the list grows each week.

“How long will these economic conditions persist, and are we at the bottom yet?” are questions no one appears to be answering yet. What is clear however is that most gaming jurisdictions will have to learn how to deal with a smaller pie.

Note:
This analysis includes only gaming revenues of licensed casinos and pari-mutuel outlets that offer casino games, and not Indian gaming operations, card rooms, or small non-casino type slot locations. The whole article, including revenue tables is available on our web page.

Input/Output Model

A key aspect that seems to have arisen from the ashes of this current trend is that many casino projects were just too large to support themselves. The input, in terms of investment dollars, was not proportional to the output, in terms of net profit after debt service, compared to previously achieved results. More and/or bigger is not always better. Seeing the rise in non-gaming revenue at the Las Vegas Strip resorts, gave impetus to the development of more comprehensive amenities in many other jurisdictions. The flaw in this strategy however is that the costs associated with widening market penetration and occasioned-use, are significantly higher than those incurred to attract the base market.

How to Legitimately Beat the Casino Bonus System

You may be wondering what exactly is a mobile casino. A mobile casino is what you get when you download casino games straight to your mobile device. These mobile casino games usually don’t cost very much, usually around five dollars, but they’re there when you need to get away to the casino, without digging into your bank account.

With the mobile casino, you play as much as you want and the money you lose is play money, it’s electronic, it’s not your house down payment or your kids’ college money. You can play whenever and wherever you want and you’ll never lose a dime.

It may not be exactly like a real casino. After all, you don’t have the same atmosphere, there’s no free alcohol and you don’t feel the pressure you feel when the dealer’s staring you down, waiting on your next play. However, these things can be there, you just have to imagine them.  บาคาร่า

If you think about it, the mobile casino is better than the actual casino. Sure, you won’t win big with a mobile casino, but the odds of you doing so at a real casino are slim to none. Besides that, you’re not tempted by the lights and the noise and the booze and you’re not losing your shirt. You can play all you want to pass the time or to get your casino fix and you’ll actually feel good afterward instead of this huge feeling of regret.

So, download your mobile casino today and lay your hand down. Bet big if you want to, you’ll never have to explain to your kids how they’ll have to work three jobs to pay for college because you just knew that your full house was the winning hand and you laid it all down. You won’t have to mention that you cried when the guy next to you laid down a royal flush. With your mobile casino, you can just shrug it off and start again.

There are plenty of opportunities to make money online. There’s selling off your stuff on ebay, there’s making money as a product affiliate and of course there’s gambling. Of the various method this last one has to be the most risky. After all, from Casino Roulette to betting on the horses, only a select few lucky punters have ever made a consistent profit. The real winners are the end of the day are always the bookies and casinos.

But is that really true? Surely in this modern era someone must have discovered a way to beat them? Well, yes. The father of modern Casino Winner is considered to be American mathematician Edward O. Thorp. So, what did he invent and how did it beat the casinos?

Card Counting

Thorp published the now seminal work Beat The Dealer in 1962. This was the first publication of a BlackJack card counting system. Card counting in BlackJack allows the player to identify when the pack is rich in 10’s and A’s and thus increases the probability of hitting 21. A skilled Card Counter can overturn the house edge (of around 0.5% when the player is using perfect strategy), and gives themselves an edge of between 1% and 2.5%. Over time, a Card Counter can probably earn around $50 an hour counting card.

The real money comes when a team of Card Counters work together. When they do so, they can really jack up the odds in their favour. The team will consist of ‘spotters’, who sit at various tables counting the cards, waiting for a deck rich in 10’s and A’s. When that happens, they signal to another member of the team (The ‘Big Player’) to come and play with maximum bets. In this way, the Big Player can move from table to table, with seemingly random play, and make big wins at each one. Card counting team have walked away with millions from the Casinos.

Can I card count?

Great! Millions sounds nice – so how can I start Card Counting. Well, unfortunately, it’s not going to be easy for you. First, you will have to learn the skill of card counting. This will take around 40-50 hours. Then you will have to go to a real casino. The technique doesn’t work online, as the casinos shuffle the deck after each round. Then you will have to avoid the measures the casinos have in place to detect card counters. And of course to make the really big money you will have to assemble a team of counters. Not easy. So what other methods exist to beat the casino?

Casino Scalping

Sounds nice doesn’t it? Scalping those casinos! This technique is altogether easier and has the advantage of working online. The theory goes like this: we already know that when playing Blackjack with perfect strategy (which can be easily done by following a strategy card), the house will have an edge of around 0.5%. Now, a lot of online casinos will offer players a cash bonus of between 100%-200% of their initial deposit amount. To be able to claim the bonus, you generally have to play around 20x your deposit amount. So, let’s say we deposit 100GBP. In order to claim our bonus of 200GBP, we must bet at least 20×100, or 2000GBP. If we play perfect Blackjack we can expect to lose around 0.5% of 2000, or around 10GBP. This leaves us able to walk away with 190GBP.

2005 Dallas Cowboys Preview

Another year, another change at quarterback for Bill Parcells and the Dallas Cowboys. After the Vinny Testeverde experiment fails to result in another playoff birth, Parcells turns to another one of his former QB’s, former Patriots star Drew Bledsoe. 918kiss

Strengths: After missing much of the early part of the season due to injury woes, running back Julius Jones came on strong in the second half of the season to make Coach Parcells look like a genius for taking a flyer on him so high in the 2004 draft. With better play in front of him on the offensive line, Jones could put up 1,300 rushing yards this season. Dallas has brought in former Bear Anthony “A-Train” Thomas to provide depth, but Jones will get 20-25 carries a game n 2005.

The defense will improve in 2005, with the acquisition of some fine talent in the draft, namely defensive linemen Demarcus Ware and Marcus Spears, both 1st round draft choices. Ware will be shifted to outside linebacker. Former Jet Jason Ferguson steps into the nose tackle spot in Parcells and defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer’s new 3-4 scheme. Ferguson has played under Parcells before in New York, and he has been brought in to stuff the run. DE Greg Ellis remains the best player on the D-Line.

The shaky secondary was also addressed in the off season, with the signings of cornerbacks Aaron Glenn and Anthony Henry, from the Jets and Browns respectively. Both are an immediate upgrade from last season. Henry will start at one corner, with Terence Newman getting the nod at the other corner spot. Glenn will provide much needed help in nickel situations. The star of the secondary, safety Roy Williams, moved from free safety over to the strong side to maximize his skills.

Weaknesses: RB Jones will be expected to be the workhorse of the offense, as Bledsoe and wide receivers Keyshawn Johnson and Terry Glenn are no longer in their prime, and all three will need to kick it up a notch “Emeril” style for this offense to be effective. It’s no secret Parcells loves veteran guys, but these guys best days are behind them. On the bright side for the offense, TE Jason Witten established himself as one of the est at his position in the league.

Questions on special teams: Kicker Billy Cundiff is accurate until you get him past 40 yards, so the team has brought in a couple guys to compete with him for place kicking duties. The return game is up for grabs since Rashard Lee is gone, and it looks like it’ll be at least a three-way competition between Lance Frazier, Terrence Cooper, and Jacques Reeves. Punter Mat McBriar was solid in 2004 though, and returns this season.

There will be some new faces at linebacker in the new 3-4 defense, with the departure of Dexter Coakley. Rookie DL Ware may be moving into the outside linebacker spot, where they’ll be much pressure on him to make plays immediately. Veteran Al Singleton will be counted on to step up at inside linebacker beside Dat Nguyen to help stop the run. Untested 3rd-yr man Bradie James will also see plenty of time this season. How well this unit performs will be a key to the success of this new defense.

Also….The shaky at times offensive line should improve with the acquisition of Pro Bowl guard Marco Rivera (FA Green Bay). Flozell Adams and Larry Allen return at the tackle positions, but there will be a battle for the other guard spot.

Overall: Parcells has always been a “win now” guy, and he expects this squad to make the playoffs this year. With vets Bledsoe, Johnson, and Glenn on offense, the future is now. The new 3-4 defense is the same one Parcells implemented with success with the Giants and Patriots, with fantastic results.

How well this team adjusts to the scheme, and if running back Jones can stay healthy will go a long way to deciding if this team goes to the post season. After last years disappointing 6-10 campaign, I have the utmost confidence “the Big Tuna” turns this team around and makes a playoff run. 9-7 may get them in.
